] Claudia Canales currently works as a Social Work Clinician with the Mosaic Primary Care Network and is part of a team of Clinicians tasked with developing psychosocial services for the approximately 350,000 patients living within the geographic boundaries of this PCN (Northeast and upper Southeast quadrants of Calgary). Claudia holds a BA in Sociology and a MasterÂ’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary. Prior experience includes work with the Diversity Liaison Program as well as Urgent Mental Health Care with Alberta Health Services. Claudia has also collaborated on various research projects and publications during her tenure with the Population Health and Intervention Research Centre. Claudia is very passionate about the Nurture Yourself Program and its endeavour to promote the self-efficacy and self-worth of Calgarians.
